I stopped by on Monday because I had a problem with my rear brakes and I didn't have an appointment but they took my car right away and repaired my vehicle. They also completed the work in a timely fashion at a much lower cost then another estimate I had .

My son's vehicle failed its VA state inspection because of its breaks. He's up in Frederick for school and Carriage House was able get his vehicle in the next morning. They do an excellent job explaining what's wrong. They also provided a clear quote. It was more of a challenge than they expected, but they didn't charge more for the additional labor that it took. Prices are fair and competitive. I've already told my son to return to Carriage for his routine maintenance.

I can't say enough good things about Carriage House Automotive; we came to them years ago, after catching another local repair shop in SPECTacular lies/overcharging. The guys at Carriage House have been consistently honest, helpful and never, ever trying to up-sell us, they are the real deal; especially Mark. Their prices are ALWAYS fair; we've NEVER felt over-charged or pressured to get extra work done. They recently went out of their way to get major repairs done to our car done quickly, so that I didn't have to miss cancer treatments in Baltimore. Can't recommend these guys enough.
